This program is pre-recorded lectures including easy to learn slideshows, worksheets involving thought provoking, inner work questions to help integrate lessons and to relate back to your own life, creating your own learning experiences.
This course ranges 7 weeks long with 2 lessons a week, leaving room for integration in between. With that being said it is also a self paced program, so no need to feel behind or like the pace is too fast or too much. You are free to take your time.
